After three starting days of Event #68: $1,000 + 111 The Little One for One Drop No-Limit Hold'em that drew a total of 4,732 entries, there are only 1,027 remaining at the start of Day 2.
Players received a 5,000 starting stack on Day 1, and for a $111 donation, they received an additional 5,000 in chips. The donation went straight to the charity OneDrop. For more details on the work of OneDrop, click here. The event drew a whopping 4,732 entries. The tournament was an unlimited re-entry tournament and players clearly made use of that option.
Day 2 will start at noon local time and there are a lot of notable players still in the tournament. Some faces you might recognize are Kenny Hallaert (131,900), Phil Laak (118,300), Calvin Anderson (117,300), Chris Ferguson (111,300), Dietrich Fast (73,100), and Brandon Shack-Harris (65,600).
The tournament is set to play for ten 60-minute levels with a 15-minute break after every two levels. Following level six (approximately 6:30 p.m.,) players will go on a 60-minute dinner break. Play will start at level 11 which has 500 and 1,000 blinds and a 100 ante.
